Traditionally made of earthenware of carbon steel, this updated version of the Spanish paella pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel, but still features the shallow depth and flared sides that encourage the quick evaporation of liquid. The stainless steel handles are tubular for an ergonomic shape, while the tri-metal base distributes heat evenly and can be used with any type of cook top, including induction. All Paderno products are backed by a one year warrenty.
