This 8 5/8 diameter by 4 3/4 high non-stick fluted Kouglof ring mold is designed to proof and bake the Trois Frères yeast cake, named after the 19th-century Julien brothers who invented the glazing of pastries with liquored apricot marmalade. The central tube in the Kouglof mold doubles the contact of the dough with the metal, ensuring uniform and accelerated cooking. All Paderno products are backed by a one year warrenty.
